Questions
What counts as an image?
One upload that finishes processing. Re-editing or re-downloading the same result is free, and runs that fail aren't counted.
Do unused images roll over?
No. Your count resets on the 1st of each month.
Is there a watermark on the free plan?
Never. Free downloads are capped at 2,000 px on the long side instead.
Do you keep my photos?
No. Your photo is processed in transit and sent straight back to your browser. We don't write it to disk and we don't keep a copy.
Privacy
The short version
Your photo is processed as it passes through and sent straight back to your browser. We do not write it to disk and we do not keep a copy. We store an account record and a monthly counter — nothing else.
Your photos
When you upload an image it is held in memory only for as long as the request takes, then discarded. There is no image storage, no gallery, no training on your pictures, and nobody here can look at them. The edited result exists only in your browser until you download it.
What we store
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account id, email address, name and profile picture URL. We ask Google only for
email,profileandopenid— never your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else. - Usage counters: how many images you converted this month, so the plan limits work.
- Abuse limits: a one-way cryptographic digest of your IP address, bucketed by day. The address itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the digest.
- If you subscribe: a customer reference and subscription id. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our systems.
Cookies
Two, both strictly functional: one keeps you signed in, one counts free images on this device. No advertising or analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the service and processes the image in transit. Google handles sign-in if you use it. Stripe handles payment if you subscribe. Nobody else receives your data, and we do not sell it.
Deleting your data
Email hello@eventbinder.app and we will delete your account and its records. Since no photos are kept, there are none to delete.

Terms
What this is
Limbo removes the background from an image you upload and returns it with transparency. It is provided as-is, and results vary with the photo — it produces a draft you can correct with the built-in tools, not a guaranteed outcome.
Your images
You keep all rights to what you upload and to what you download. You confirm you have the right to use the images you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have permission to use.
Plans and billing
- Free accounts get 10 images a month, capped at 2,000 px on the long side. Without an account it is 3 per device.
- Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account menu; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- An image counts when a conversion finishes. Failed runs are not counted, and re-editing or re-downloading a result is free.
- Unused images do not roll over.
Refunds
If something does not work as described, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Fair use
Automated or bulk access outside your plan may be rate-limited or blocked. Do not attempt to bypass the quota.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
